Located on Careel Bay Headland north of Avalon Beach, this modern, ground floor holiday accommodation is an easy walk to Avalon beach, local parks, children’s playgrounds, skate park, tennis courts, golf course and all the boutiques, cafes, restaurants and cinema of vibrant Avalon village. 

The accommodation comprises a spacious, comfortable queen bedroom with a large luxury bathroom and a cosy living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed for upto 2 additional guests.  Set in a quiet, tropical garden sanctuary, guests have use of a private, sheltered patio dining area with webber BBQ, in ground trampoline,12.5m swimming pool and can enjoy the extensive district views. There is off street parking for one car and the room rate includes everything you need including kitchen utensils and luxury linen, towels although beach towels are not provided.  A complimentary European breakfast basket is provided on your arrival including Bread, Croissant, preserves, cereal, milk, fresh coffee and a selection of teas. The apartment is smoke and pet free.   

The accommodation is ideal for 2 people who want an affordable, modern, comfortable place to rest and sleep whilst enjoying the beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and boutique shopping in Avalon and the Pittwater Area.  A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate another 2 guests at a nominal fee. 

Our home is situated on a quiet street on Careel Bay Headland and the holiday accommodation occupies part of the ground floor with a separate private entrance.  We will be very happy to share our wonderful 12.5m pool and tropical garden with you, and will respect your privacy at all times.
